Once your order is successfully submitted, our fulfillment department works diligently to get your order packed so it can be dropped off for shipment within 2-3 business days. Once your order is in the hands of USPS or UPS, your package should be in your hands in 3-5 additional business days!

We ship all orders as quickly as we can but please note there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and during peak shopping seasons. Due to Covid-19, you may notice a slight delay with delivery once received by the postal carrier. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your tracking number to update with USPS or UPS.

In-stock items ship as quickly as possible. Pre-order items will ship according to their estimated delivery times. We ship complete orders. If you cart/purchase "In-Stock" items along with your pre-order items, they will not ship until the pre-order arrives.  All items in the order will ship together.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order within 5 business days, we will contact you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
